Please notice we are closed for business between 20.12. 2022 - 10.01.2023 therefore any shippings will be released once we are back from the Christmas Break.

All Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls in stock are shipped within 5 working days (Monday - Friday).

International Shipping

We ship within Europe, the shipping is dispatched within 14 working days (Monday- Friday).

Shipping outside of Europe is being released upon receiving the payment or bank confirmation of bank transfer made to the sum of the quote provided by the shipping provider. Each case is a subject to individual communication.

Cost of shipping for international orders is calculated based upon the weight and destination of your order. Please get in touch for a quote.

Please note due to COVID -19 there might occur delays on International shipping which we do not take any responsibility for.

Returns

To ensure that the Crystal Singing Bowl you choose is right for you, we offer an advisory service, audio and images and audio recordings. If you are unsure if this process is sufficient for you to determine what you like to purchase, you may book a one-to-one appointment with Ewelina in person, at the Crystalline Soud Institute in Berlin to play the bowls before you commit to purchasing.

We are unable to offer a returns policy if you change your mind unless by prior arrangement with Ewelina before purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights if the bowl is damaged or broken upon arrival.

Faulty or Incorrectly supplied items

If an item is received in a damaged condition, or if the item you have received is not the one you ordered, please contact us immediately using our online Contact Form. At our expense, we will organise a courier to collect the faulty/incorrect bowl(s) and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible.

Please be advised that you will need to check the packaging as soon as you take delivery of the item and do not sign for the item if the packaging is damaged in anyway until you have checked the contents. Please open the box whilst the courier is present and only sign for the item if your order is complete and intact.

Wellbeing in the time of COVID-19 

As always, our students are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during and after the training course.

Following all government guidelines, we have adjusted our cohort groups sizes to factor in the designated amount of space required between each student. Although due to the spacious nature of sound healing, we do not require close contact when learning and practicing, we have mindfully tailored the practical aspects of the courses to be respectful of health concerns. We are taking every precaution possible, and ask our students to do the same. Please let us know if you have any cold, sore-throat, cough or flu-like symptoms or COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in touch with anyone with symptoms, and follow government's guidelines to stay home. In the interest of our collective wellbeing should you need to isolate, as long as we are notified before the course starts, we will endeavour to offer the next date we have a place available.

Medical Disclaimer (outside of COVID-19 health concerns)

By enrolling on the training the course(s), we ask that you confirm you are in reasonable health and able to undertake practicing this therapy. That you understand that this therapy is not suitable for people with severe or clinical mental health problems, for those less than 12 weeks pregnant or who have epilepsy, (or have experienced epilepsy at any point in their life). If you have any implants - joints, plates, etc. (metal in particular) you may want to check with your medical professional doctor before booking this training. 

Please do not undertake this training without clearance from your medical professional doctor if you have an artificial pacemaker, cochlear implant(s), are pregnant, or are experiencing mental health difficulties before paying for this training and enrolling. 

The Crystalline Sound Institute or Seishin Reiki School, or Ewelina Bubanja cannot be held responsible for any adverse reaction you may suffer. If you are unsure, please seek professional medical advice before paying for this training. 

Any damages by the Student to any of Crystalline Sound Institute or Seishin Reiki School Berlin property or equipment, (including Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls provided for the practice part of courses) will be charged to the Student. Student is responsible for securing their own liability insurance for the duration of the course.

The Student must pay for any banking charges incurred for the transfer of Course fees to the Crystalline Sound Institute or Seishin Reiki School or Ewelina Bubanja e.g. international transactions must ensure the full amount in Euro is received into our account to ensure any intermediate cross-country banking charges are covered.

Student Discounts and buying Alchemy Bowls

* Students are entitled a discount for use on any Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl supplied by Crystalline Sound Institute on a one-time purchase per each level of our training valid until the end of each training year.

* Discounts cannot be used conjunction with each other (or any other promotion) 

* Once you have been accepted onto our course(s), you will benefit from either a discount of:

- €50 on one individual bowl. (Visit our current collection)

- €333 discount on a 3+ bowl set (This does not apply to the ‘Cosmic Sets’ that are already discounted)

- 11% discount on a 7+ bowl set 

* Student discounts can be redeemed on the purchase of bowls from our Alchemy Crystal Bowl Shop

* Students may be able to purchase Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls at the training weekends held in the Crystalline Sound Institute, you will need to confirm this with Ewelina before hand.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that our courses and events are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience.

Our cancellation policy and terms are in place to offer clarity and state the attendee's rights in the event of an unexpected cancellation or unforeseen change. The terms below are between the Ewelina Bubanja // Crystalline Sound Institute and the attendee.

COURSES, RETREATS & TRAININGS

Refund 50% of the fee if canceled up to three weeks before event start date. Strictly no refund for cancellations after 3 weeks before the event.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Refunds up to 14 days before event.

Strictly no refund for cancellations after midnight 14 days prior to the event. 

PRIVATE SESSIONS

A full refund will be given if more than 3 days notice is given prior to the session

Strictly no refund for cancellations with less than 3 days notice.

GENERAL TERMS

Any charges incurred for the transfer of refunds e.g bank fees must be paid for by the client

Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless stated otherwise 

Under unforeseen circumstances, and in the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course or event, we will fully refund any fee or deposit that has paid already.

If flights are required, we advise to take out insurance when buying tickets, to cover any such unlikely event, or any other event where you would have to cancel yourself. 

We are not liable for cancellation fees incurred from flights bookings, travel expenses or accommodation costs. 

We are not able to offer compensation for any delays or cancellation of any flights, trains, buses or other forms of transport.

We reserve the right to alter any venue activity prior to the event/ course starting.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the attendee.

We recommend that all attendees have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip.

h) Rights relating to automated decision-making and profiling. we do not use your personal data in this way.

If you have any cause for complaint about our use of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

 

5. What Personal Data Do You Collect?

We may collect some or all of the following personal data (this may vary according to your relationship with us):

6. How Do You Use My Personal Data?

Under the GDPR, we must always have a lawful basis for using personal data. This may be because the data is necessary for our performance of a contract with you, because you have consented to our use of your personal data, or because it is in our legitimate business interests to use it. • Supplying our products and services to you. Your personal details are required in order for us to enter into a contract with you.

• Personalising and tailoring our products and services for you.

• Communicating with you. This may include responding to emails or calls from you.

• Supplying you with information by email post that you have opted-in to (you may unsubscribe or opt-out at any time by following the link at the bottom of any email you have received from us.

• If you make a purchase through Crystalline Sound Institute we will need to share your name and address with the courier service we use to post the item(s) to you.

• With your permission and/or where permitted by law, we may also use your personal data for marketing purposes, which may include contacting you by email with information, news, and offers on our products and services. You will not be sent any unlawful marketing or spam. We will always work to fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under the GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, and you will always have the opportunity to opt-out.

 

7. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?

We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Your personal data will therefore be kept for the following periods (or, where there is no fixed period, the following factors will be used to determine how long it is kept):

8. How and Where Do You Store or Transfer My Personal Data?

We will only store or transfer your personal data in Germany. This means that it will be fully protected under the GDPR. All personal information is stored on our online accounting software and Mailchimp which are both protecting customer data appropriately and GDPR compliant. 

We are also compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) and use a secure gateway program to take payments by credit and debit card in person and over the phone.

 

9. Do You Share My Personal Data?

We will not share any of your personal data with any third parties for any purpose, subject to one important exception.

In some limited circumstances, we may be legally required to share certain personal data, which might include yours, if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority.

 

10. How Can I Access My Personal Data?

If you want to know what personal data we have about you, you can ask us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it (where any such personal data is held). This is known as a “subject access request”.

All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent to the email or postal addresses shown in Part 11. 

There is not normally any charge for a subject access request. If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive (for example, if you make repetitive requests) a fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs in responding.

We will respond to your subject access request within 28 days and, in any case, not more than one month of receiving it. Normally, we aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time. In some cases, however, particularly if your request is more complex, more time may be required up to a maximum of three months from the date we receive your request. You will be kept fully informed of our progress.
